Jeffrey Gouchberg
Jeffrey Gouchberg is the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Harbor Management Corporation. Jeffrey has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of building design, construction, financial and asset management and is responsible for the acquisition, financing and development of the Harbor commercial and residential communities.
Dean Siflinger
Dean Siflinger is the President of Harbor Management Corporation. Dean has worked in the property management business for the past twenty-five years. For seventeen years up until joining Harbor, Dean served as the President of Wingate Management Company, a national residential and commercial property management company. Dean has introduced many initiatives to assure that Harbor’s Owners and Residents receive the best value and attention possible. Some of these initiatives included Risk Reduction Programs, Physical Inspection Requirements (that have enabled properties under his oversight to achieve consistently outstanding HUD and Agency inspection ratings) and an overall hands-on communicative approach to property management that assures success for Owners and Investors. Dean is a strong believer in responsive property management, and as a valued client of Harbor you will always have direct access to Dean. Dean currently serves on the board of B’nai B’rith Housing, New England.
Ken Redford
Ken Redford is the Chief Financial Officer of Harbor Management Corporation. Ken has nearly thirty years of professional experience, both in Accounting and Information Technology. After working five years in Public Accounting, he has spent the remainder of his career in the real estate industry. Just prior to joining Harbor Management, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Harborlight Community Partners, a nonprofit developer and manager of affordable housing on the North Shore of Boston. He has also held senior leadership roles at The Community Builders, the largest nonprofit developer of affordable housing in the United States, and EastGroup Properties, a publicly-traded real estate investment trust (REIT). Ken is a strong believer in managing to a double bottom-line, both the financial success of the properties and success in daily life for the residents of those properties.
Lester Davis
Lester Davis is the Director of Facilities of Harbor Management Corporation. Lester has been with the Harbor Companies for over twenty-five years and oversees all of the large facilities as well as the maintenance and preventive maintenance programs for Harbor Management. Additionally, Lester oversees Harbor’s subsidiary, Chesterfield Builders, and he is a licensed contractor and builder.
Katherine Bryant
Katherine Bryant is a Regional Vice President at Harbor Management Corporation. Katherine started working in the property management industry in 1984 and managed Woodland Hills Condominiums in South Berwick, Maine. After several years, Katherine became a Property Manager at the Lafayette Townhouse in Portland, Maine. In 1998 Katherine joined Harbor Management, and in 2001 Katherine began to expand her site portfolio by overseeing Congress Square Apartments, lastly in 2011 she began to oversee two of our New Hampshire sites as well. Katherine has earned Certified Occupancy Specialist and EIV Certifications, she received the distinguished Service Award from MREMA in 1996 and has participated with MREMA (Maine Real Estate Manager’s Association) on several committees including the Board of Directors. Katherine also holds the ARM designation. Most recently Katherine has begun an additional role for Harbor Management, overseeing compliance for the company, which involves visiting sites to reviewing regulatory agency and internal requirements to ensure compliance.
EJ O’Donoghue
EJ O’Donoghue is a Regional Vice President at Harbor Management Corporation. He has been in the property management business for the past thirty years. EJ started his career shortly after graduating from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY with a B.A. in Sociology in 1993. His first position in housing was at the Cumberland Housing Authority in Cumberland, Rhode Island where he became the Director of Operations. After leaving the Housing Authority, EJ moved to Maine finding a new home with Harbor Management in early 2004. As a Senior Manager with Harbor, EJ oversees a 296 unit Low- Income Housing Tax Credit Program in Lewiston, supervises 224 Market units, 120 Section 8 Project-Based Elderly/Disabled units, 54 Maine Housing RLP Set-Aside units, and 12 CROP Set-Aside units in Bangor with a staff of 19. Over the years, EJ has received numerous certifications and has been trained as a Public Housing Manager (PHM), Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Housing Quality Standards Inspector (HQS), Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), FedHome, Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) System, TRACS and most other HUD reporting websites.
Robert Hill
Robert Hill is a Regional Vice President at Harbor Management Corporation. His portfolio includes The Millhaus Apartments in Upton, Ocean Shores, Needhams Landing and Riverway Apartments all located in Lynn, The Greenhouse Apartments in Chelsea, as well Northridge Homes Cooperative in Beverly. Rob came to Harbor Management with over fifteen years of experience in Property Management. Rob has held positions and succeeded at nearly all levels of multi-family property management. His experience ranges from tax-credit and affordable housing, to large market rate communities as well as luxury high-rise experience. Customer service and excellent team building skills are just some of Rob’s strengths.
Tami Hunt
Tami Hunt is a Regional View President at Harbor Management Corporation. Tami comes to Harbor with 30+ years of property management experience and multiple industry designations including RPA (Real Property Administrator), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), CMCA (Certified Manager of Condo Associations), COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist). Her 30 years in the business includes management oversight of residential, commercial and condominium properties working for both small and large management firms. Tami demonstrates expertise in operations and policy development as well as maintaining compliance with property management standards, practices and laws. Tami has achieved both the Community Excellence Award and Paragon award from RHA and was nominated for Community Apartment Manager of the Year.
Kim Scheid
Kim Scheid is a Sr. Property Manager at Harbor Management Corporation. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree and embarking on an entrepreneurial career path in her home town, she was presented with the opportunity to relocate to the beautiful state of Maine. Kim joined the Harbor Management team in 2007, successfully working her way up the ranks and attaining designations as a Certified Occupancy Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist. She manages 410 units across five communities in the Bangor portfolio offering a variety of housing programs including conventional, Rental Loan Program and Section 8. Helping individuals in difficult situations to secure a home of their own is the best perk of the job!
